Youth Ministry at Green Lake Calvary Church

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interest, but also to the interest of others (Philippians 2:3-4)

What are you worth?

Jesus was always thinking of others. He was thinking of you when He said "Come to me all who are weak and weary and I will give you rest". It was you He was thinking about when He said "I have not come to condemn the world(you), but to save the world" (you).

And Jesus was thinking of you as He hung on one of the most violent tools of execution when He shouted "It is finished"

What was finished?

His quest to save you! He came to seek you and give you the opportunity today (right now), to know that He (who created you) would die for you.

Why did He do that?

Because you have lived your life for yourself and turned your back on your creator.

Jesus did His part. Today it is your turn. He isn't going to force you, He loves you too much to force you. He wants you to choose. And because of what He did for you, today you have the opportunity to choose life!

Jesus believes you are worth dying for.

Will you accept His offer?
